Simeon Seroy, 49, who lives on the shoreline of the South Road Properties, has depended on fishing since a decade ago for his income. It is people like Seroy who we particularly remember today, not only because it is Labor Day, but because May has been designated by the national government as Farmers and Fisherfolks Month.
