Members of the Philippine Navy and ROTC Students of the Talisay City College Re-Enact the Talisay City, Cebu Philippines landing which led to the war of the U.S. Army soldiers against the Japanese that conquered Cebu, Bohol and Negros on March 26, 1945 and which also led the Japanese to surrender held at the Larawan Beach in Talisay City on the 70th commemoration day of the  talisay Landing or the Operation Victor II that was implemented by Gen. Douglas Mcarthur Yesterday, March 26, 2015.
